Contact The annual meeting of INSARAG Africa/Europe/Middle East Regional Group was held in Kobe, Japan on 14 September 2010 in conjunction with the first INSARAG Global Meeting. The meeting was organised by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, as well as OCHA in its capacity as the INSARAG Secretariat. The meeting was attended by 72 participants from 38 countries and organizations.
