The meeting was hosted by THW, Germany, in their capacity as the INSARAG Africa\/Europe\/Middle East Regional Group Chair and was supported by the INSARAG Secretariat of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA Geneva).
